About Us

Our Mission

Lifting Local New England Charities Up

Based in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, Phoenix Charities is deeply rooted in our surrounding communities.

Our non-profit primarily supports charities throughout New England with fundraising efforts that run the gamut, from helping to advance research for specific medical conditions and assisting in local community projects to contributing to educational programs. While the charities we support tend to be smaller (and oftentimes, that much more in need of aid), we recognize their potential to have sizeable impacts.

How We Do It

Fundraising Efforts that Are Fun, Fresh, & Always a Success

These aren’t your typical fundraisers. They are energetic celebrations with vibrant themes, live entertainment, and interactive elements.

After all, what’s better than partaking in some goodwill with a good time? Whether it’s a masquerade ball, a weekend-long golf tournament, or a road race series, a Phoenix Charity-organized benefit rallies people together to make meaningful differences for organizations and initiatives that need it most.

What Makes Us Unique

Championing Causes Close to Us

How do you ignite a fire that fuels change? You let it become personal.

That’s what sets Phoenix Charities apart from other conventional corporate social responsibility efforts. As an employee-run nonprofit that arose from the desire to spark a sense of community and shared purpose within our organization, it’s the team members within our workforce that actively identify and champion causes that have touched the lives of their families and friends, their fellow colleagues, or even themselves. The result? Purpose-driven philanthropy that burns bright.

Meet The Phoenix Flock

Lisa Allis

Helping where we can is a family value of ours. My husband and children are involved and the rest of the Phoenix Charities Committee is like family. I am grateful and fortunate enough to be part of such a wonderful organization!

Fundraising has always been family affair, and now even more so with my work family! I love volunteering for causes that are close to home. My passion started through volunteering for Cystic Fibrosis & Tuberous Sclerosis charities when I was sixteen, and the joy and reward from those experiences keeps growing every year. I’m excited to be a part of this committee and see what magic we can make together.

Kevin Hock

The incredible drive by all members of Phoenix Charities fuels our desire to support the causes that affect our communities and families. I am very thankful to be a part of this organization and appreciate this group’s commitment and hard work in making our mission successful.

Katie Mosley

Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.

Susie Otazo

It really says something when we as co-workers choose to spend even more time together outside of the office! But it’s because our mission is personal and we are collectively motivated to support causes that affect our work family and community.

Dave Allis

The people that we work with, for, and around keep me grounded and humble. There is no greater feeling than helping others especially with this team at Phoenix Charities!

Meredith Delle Chiaie

Phoenix Charities is my extended family! I enjoy being a part of such a great organization that support local causes that help people in our community.

Pam O’Leary

I’ve been on various charity committees for over thirty-five years helping to raise money for TS, CF and MS. I’ve cherished every second. I am so honored to start this journey called, “Phoenix Charities”, with my co-workers. We are coming together to help each other, their families and friends, their fellow colleagues and our local community cope with medical conditions, lack of research and educational programs. We will do this, with your participation in our various events, to raise money and bring hope and awareness to those in need. Together we can and will make a difference.

Ellen Haebler

Working together to help support our community and important causes means so much to all of us and I am thankful to be a part of this amazing committee.

Cedric Rothkegel

I am rewarded by being part of an organization of big-hearted, hardworking, and fun-spirited people who care about important causes and making a difference in the lives of others.

Neale Walsh

There is nothing more rewarding than the opportunity to give back and provide, especially within your community, and when you can do that with family, co-workers, and friends it provides a greater sense of endearment and purpose. I’m proud to be a part of the committed and compassionate group of individuals that represent Phoenix Charities.
